Grant Administration
This service provides trusts, companies and individuals with easy access to the people they want to help. We have
considerable expertise in processing applications from people and determining genuine need. All that a donor needs
to do is to allocate an annual budget and define its eligibility criteria. We then distribute grants in accordance with
these set criteria and report back on a quarterly basis detailing how the money was used.
We manage over £200,000 in grants on behalf of charities.
Lily just wanted to stay in her own home
At 94 years of age Lily still enjoyed life to the full, but her health had deteriorated significantly over the last five years. Lily suffers from arthritis in her knees and legs and could no longer manage to walk up and down the stairs in her home. Consequently she was sleeping downstairs and used a commode as she couldn’t access her bedroom or bathroom.
Despite working in the hosiery trade until she was 74, Lily didn’t have any savings to purchase a stair lift, she only just managed to survive on a state pension and pension credits.
All Lily wanted was to stay in her own home independently, but without a stair lift she would have had to move into residential care.
We helped immediately and raised £1,500 to purchase the stair lift that she so desperately needed.
Lily can now stay in her own home independently, surrounded by the things she loves.
