Our clerkship services are very popular with trusts whose trustees wish to retain control but do not have the time to commit to the work.

The services that we offer range from administering meetings through to providing advice on charity law and other matters pertaining to governance. We can also provide a book keeping service and prepare interim and year-end accounts in accordance with the latest Charities' Statement of Recommended Practice (Charities SORP).
